Mate Casino Terms You Should Know

Account Rules and Eligibility

We require every player who registers at Mate Casino Australia to be at least 18 years old. This minimum age applies to account creation, deposits and withdrawals, and we may ask for proof of age as part of standard account checks before funds can be released.

Each player is permitted one account with us. Registration details must be accurate and kept current, since mismatched identity information can delay verification and affect access to winnings. If we identify duplicate accounts linked to the same person, household or payment method, we reserve the right to review and act on them.

Prohibited Conduct

We do not allow the use of our platform for fraudulent activity, collusion, the exploitation of software errors, or any attempt to circumvent account restrictions set under our account limits tools. Breach of these terms can result in suspension while we investigate, and any player wishing to leave can review how a balance is handled through closing an account. Access to your account day to day is covered separately under signing in.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

Our current welcome offer is advertised as a $1400 bonus plus 80 free spins, available to new players who complete registration and meet the eligibility rules above. Full details on how the offer is structured, including how deposits and spins are credited, sit within our welcome bonus terms, which every player should read before opting in.

Free spins forming part of the welcome package are subject to their own conditions on which games they apply to and how winnings from them are treated, set out under free spins. Any promotional or bonus code entered at sign-up or in the cashier is also governed by the rules published on our promo codes page.

We reserve the right to withhold or adjust a bonus where account rules have been breached, where registration details are found to be inaccurate, or where the bonus has been claimed outside its intended terms. Players under the minimum age of 18 are not eligible for any bonus, free spins or promotional credit under any circumstances.

Key Terms at a Glance

The table below brings together the two figures that currently sit at the centre of our published terms, so players can check them in one place before registering.

Beyond these two points, we encourage every player to read the fuller terms linked throughout this page, since bonus eligibility and account standing are assessed against them together.
